Shipping
- How quickly after I place my order will I receive my item? All non-custom orders are processed within 3 business days of product creation. From order to creation generally takes 7-9 days. In stock items will be shipped within 3 business days.
- Do you ship internationally? Yes, we can ship internationally and will charge you our cost to ship.
- Can items be shipped to a P.O. Box? Yes, because we use USPS to ship our items, items may be delivered to a P.O. Box address.
Refunds/Cancellations
- Can I return an item? Non-custom items may be returned for any reason within 10 days of delivery of the item. The item must be returned in the same condition it was received, and must be unused.
- Can I cancel an order? Non-custom orders may be cancelled within 48 hours or order. Custom orders may not be cancelled or returned.
Sizes
- All product sizing is provided in the items' description.
- However, we get requests all the time for different sizes and are constantly serving our customers. If you would like a particular size on one of our items, email us at contact@bsquaredwoodworx.com and we will see what we can do for you.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
